One Composition, Built From Four
A strong monolithic form defines its presence on the skyline, while at ground level shared spaces create a fluid connection between architecture, landscape and people. Aluminium louvers, frosted glass and perforated panels create a continuous language across all four volumes, filtering light into shifting patterns of shade, while a sculpted landscape rises around the building to frame a seamless arrival.

The Yards Plaza is a commercial development by Beyond at The Yards in City of Arabia, Dubai. It brings together four office blocks, each ground plus six upper floors, and one retail volume within a single commercial address: 272 offices over ground-level retail and dining.
At The Yards by Beyond in City of Arabia, Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. IMG Worlds of Adventure is about 3 minutes away, Global Village about 10 minutes, Downtown Dubai about 20 minutes and Dubai International Airport about 25 minutes.
A dedicated business centre, a landscaped central courtyard, podium terraces, padel courts, a gym and lap pool, retail and F&B units at ground level, and 24-hour security.
Handover is scheduled for Q3 2029.
Units are sold on a shell-and-core basis. Internal fit-out works, such as partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting and furniture, are carried out by the buyer in line with the developer’s fit-out guidelines. Retail and F&B units are also delivered shell and core.
