About Melograno Yards by Beyond
Three low-rise buildings, each its own height, set into the landscape of The Yards and opening onto courtyards, terraces and the green spine.
Melograno Yards by Beyond brings 256 apartments across Buildings A, B and C, set within The Yards masterplan in City of Arabia. Building A rises to eight residential floors; Buildings B and C rise to five, so the three read as a family rather than repeats of one another. Ground-floor retail lines the pedestrian routes, with 12 retail units alongside the homes.
Construction begins on 30 April 2027, with handover scheduled for Q2 2029. Homes come in one, two and three bedroom layouts, each with a covered parking bay, and ground-floor apartments carry the largest private terraces in the release. Melograno sits within The Yards by Beyond, alongside Arancia Yards and The Yards Plaza.

In City of Arabia (Wadi Al Safa 4), DubaiLand, with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). IMG Worlds of Adventure is about 3 minutes away, Global Village about 10 minutes and Downtown Dubai about 20 minutes.
One bedroom apartments from 692 sq ft, two bedroom apartments from 1,060 sq ft and three bedroom apartments from 1,737 sq ft, all total areas including terrace. There are 189 one-bedroom, 61 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom homes, each with one parking bay.
